Christmas Markets
This year the Christmas Market will be held on Saturday 21st December, from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Stable is looking for stall holders who provide goods suitable for Christmas presents or Christmas food consumption.

have paid the invoice.

Food Trucks
This year there will be two options:
1. The Food Fair will be held for the 5 nights of Stable (18-22nd) from 5:00-9:00 p.m. and all trucks will this year be alongside the pool area. You may apply for one night or all nights. Preference will be given to those who apply for every night.
2. The Cultural theme night will be held on Friday the 20th December between 5:00-9:00 p.m. While Food trucks with food from different cultures are invited to apply for all nights, if you can only make one night we would particularly love applications for this night.

Whether you are 1 day old or 100 years old become a Volunteer at Stable at Riverway in 2022. Volunteer registrations are now open with extra jobs coming on board all the time! This is a great opportunity
to share the message of Christmas in words and action
meet other Christians in the city
have great fun while serving God
and be part of giving a FREE gift of life to the city.
During the event you could volunteer in areas like Administration, Serving tea and coffee, Acting, Selling drinks, Welcoming people, Pastoral care, kids and youth activities, site support and so much more. In fact there will be a job to fit your gifts and talents, time and interest, age and fitness.

Be a Volunteer Before the Event
Before the Event there are lots of jobs to do. We need helpers in areas like - fundraising (including events and sponsorship), cake cutting, craft preparation or prop making, letterbox drops or being involved at Community events – handing out brochures, or being a Big Head etc.
We also need help with administration and graphic art.

Use Your Entertainment Gifts
There are multiple ways you can use your entertainment or musical gifts at Stable. Our goal is to immerse people in the Christmas story. So while we want you to display the best of your talents we would love Christmas songs, carols and entertainment. We want the message to be about the birth of Jesus.
During the Event
There will be 2 smaller stages:
The Raintree Grove Stage near the children’s craft and hospitality area. This is a quieter more reflective stage largely for solo’s, duets
The Oval Stage near the youth and family area and welcoming people to Stable. This will be for more vibrant, fun and energy filled performances.
Before the Event
Stable on the Streets: We would love to flood the city with Christmas carols, songs and worship. We can place you and your group in a public place for you to busk or perform at a time that suits you from the 1st December.
None of our 1,000 volunteers are paid. We all do it because we want to bring a gift of love to this city. There is no expectation that entertainment acts would be paid either.
