Preparing Stable NQ each year takes a great team, and there are plenty of ways to get involved before the event.
We’re looking for volunteers to help with fundraising (events and sponsorship), graphic design, cake cutting, craft preparation, prop making, letterbox drops, and representing Stable at community events—handing out brochures or even stepping into a Big Head costume.

Production Team
From brainstorming ideas for what Stable NQ could look like, to designing costumes, creating props, and shaping the story and atmosphere, the Creative Production Team brings imagination to life. Whether you’re a drama teacher, visual artist, storyteller, musician, or simply love thinking big, you’ll help make this free, community Christmas celebration a truly magical experience.
Site Support Team
The Site Support team makes Stable NQ happen on the ground. From site setup and management to using skills like forklift operation, truck driving, electrical work, or building, you’ll play a vital role in bringing this free, community Christmas celebration to life safely and smoothly.
